[rox] Conference folder - final version

Dear speakers,

we decided how the conference folder will look like. All abstracts
will be full length. Please do final updates to your database entry
until

		  Wednesday, 30th October, 18:00 CET

We will then pull all information from the web site and it will go to
the paper copy.

Please check that your abstract is not too long. Please care about the
entries regarding your person if not filled out yet.
